House of Sunny Sets a Saucy Collaboration With the London Pizzeria Unlock

LONDON — British brand House of Sunny is taking a bite out of the East London pizzeria Unlock with a collaboration that includes a limited-edition anchovy pizza and vegan crispy cauliflower pizza taco.

For those who prefer fashion to food, there is also a capsule collection of merchandise.

“Hackney is where it all began for us so partnering with a local gem of a pizza joint like Unlock felt like the perfect way to bring this vision to life,” said Sunny Williams, founder and creative director at House of Sunny.

“Food, fashion and art are universal forms of self-expression. We wanted to create a space that feels fun, welcoming and inspiring — where you can also enjoy a slice of authentic Neapolitan pizza,” he added.

The clothing capsule includes a black T-shirt stamped with Unlock’s logo and zip-up hoodies with exposed seams. The capsule will be available to purchase online and at Unlock, which is located at 1 Monkwood Way, until Sunday.

“At Unlock, we’re all about exploring unexpected combinations and we are excited to partner with a legendary fashion brand like House of Sunny, which has built such a powerful global identity while staying true to its roots,” said Giovanni Izzo, cofounder of Unlock.

House of Sunny also redesigned the Unlock team's uniforms as part of the collaboration.

House of Sunny has also revamped Unlock’s decor, bringing its funky, retro aesthetic to the restaurant.

This isn’t the first time that House of Sunny has mixed food and fashion. In September 2023 the brand opened a Soho pop-up that featured a limited-edition café.

Cardigans, hoodies, and caps will also be available for purchase.

House of Sunny first stepped into the spotlight in the summer of 2021, when Kendall Jenner wore its knitted Hockney dress, priced at 100 pounds, on Instagram.

Its psychedelic patterns and pastel hues were quick to resonate with a young audience looking for optimistic designs that were also comfortable.
