Livvy Dunne sparkled during LSU gymnastic’s season-opener on Friday against the Iowa State Cyclones. The gymnast, who is currently in her fifth year as an LSU athlete graduate student after receiving her degree last month, wore a rhinestone-dotted leotard by GK Elite with an art deco pattern while competing on the floor and beam (with respective scores of 9.875 and 9.825).
Dunne’s leotard was a familiar one — it was also worn by her team while competing last February against the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Photos of Dunne modeling the “dazzler” white and purple leotard with mesh long sleeves and a strappy back were posted to the LSU Gymnastics Team Instagram account — to which the gymnast and influencer replied in the comments, “We’re so back!”
Dunne, who became the youngest athlete in the U.S. to qualify as a junior international elite in 2014, is on her fifth and final season at LSU. She began her collegiate career at LSU in 2020 on a full athletic scholarship and during her freshman season was named WCGA All-American, WCGA Academic All-American and first-year SEC Academic Honor Roll Honoree.
This past August, Dunne was tapped by Nautica to star in its fall campaign alongside Luther Burden III, a wide receiver from the University of Missouri Tigers. Photographed against the backdrop of a school football field and locker room, Dunne and Burden model clothes intended to appeal to students such as polos, sweaters, shirts, jackets and more.
In addition to Nautica, which Dunne serves as an ambassador for since last February, the athlete has also inked deals with brands including Vuori and American Eagle, as well as Sports Illustrated. Last May she signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Passes, a content creation platform designed to help creators diversify their revenue streams, scale their likenesses and connect with fans on a deeper level through exclusive videos, livestreams and other content.
With more than 5 million followers on Instagram and 8 million on TikTok, the LSU Gymnast currently ranks third on the On3NIL 100 list with a valuation of $3.7 million, the same as the number-two ranked Bronny James, son of LeBron James, and Shedeur Sanders, son of Deion Sanders and a quarterback with Trinity Christian School, who is worth $4.6 million.
