Marion Cotillard stuck with Chanel. The actress attended the Cesar Revelations 2025 photo call at Pavillon Cambon in Paris on Monday. She often attends the event as one of her first red carpets of the year. While there, she posed for photographs with Isabelle Huppert, who wore a long-sleeve black dress featuring a mock neck.
Cotillard wore a black semi-sheer maxi dress from Chanel’s pre-fall 2025 collection. Along the ends of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress, the knitting features ornate golden embellishments.
Cotillard accessorized with a simple gold charm necklace and gold hoop earrings.
The dress was first shown In on the runway in Hangzhou, China, a city that has been referred to as “heaven on earth.” In December, the brand staged its traveling Metiers d’Art show. That presentation puts the intricate work of the company’s specialty ateliers to work. This includes milliners, feather workers, embroiderers, tanners, goldsmiths and more.
“The collection lifted whimsical symbols from the coromandel screen, including intricate floral, fruit and scholarly objects, and incorporated them into an iconic Chanel wardrobe, one that felt delicate, sophisticated and youthful, albeit lacking in sartorial vigor,” Denni Hu wrote in a review. The collection was made by the Chanel studio as Virginie Viard had already departed the brand. Matthieu Blazy’s first collection for the company won’t debut until October.
Cotillard is a longterm ambassador for Chanel. She became the face of Chanel No. 5 in 2020.
